1. Customer Support Associate
Customer Support Associate will have daily interaction with our clients to provide support for various queries they may have with our software.
Minimum Experience: 2 Years
Must Have Skills:
- Excellent communcation
- Fluent in Hindi & English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Typing Speed of minimum 30 Words Per Minute
- Outspoken personality ( someone who likes to talk with people )
Good To have Skills:
- Previous Experience with eCommerce Industry or processes like listings, order processing, etc.
- Experience with accounting software like Tally, Busy, Quickbooks, etc.
Job Duties:
- Understand OMSGuru platform and its functioning thoroughly
- Support our existing clients via Chat, Phone, Email & Tickets.
- Help onboard new clients onto our system
2. Business Development Associate
Business Development Associate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and increase the sales of the company.
Minimum Experience: 2 Years
Must Have Skills:
- Passion for Sales
- Excellent communcation
- Fluent in Hindi & English
- Outspoken personality ( someone who likes to talk with people )
Good To have Skills:
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding the sales target
- Previous Experience with eCommerce Industry
Job Duties:
- Understand OMSGuru platform and its functioning thoroughly
- You will be showcasing our product to our potential clients and explain them how our product can ease their business operations while increasing the profits.
- Maintain relationship with existing clients
- Take initiative and come up with creative ideas to grow the business
- Drive business development activities of the region
3. PHP Developer - Code Ninjas
PHP Developer will be working on developing new features and maintaining the existing software baseline.
Minimum Experience: 2 Years
Qualities:
- Clear thinker with the ability to simplify and explain/diagram complex solutions
- Passionate about Software Development
- Meticulous & Able to work independently
- Customer Service centric
- Self Starter with a good sense to collaborate and build a team
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom PHP based Web Services & Web sites
- Knowledge of e-commerce website like ZenCart, Shopify, Prestashop, Magento, Open Cart, Custom PHP, etc. (mandatory -1 Framework 1 open source )
- Be Zealous to write efficient, secure and organized code
- Should have expertise on PHP5 /should have good knowledge of Oops.
- Should have knowledge of Ajax and APIs integration ie. Google API, Facebook API, Shipping Provider, third party etc are highly desirable.
- Should have knowledge of expertise with interfaces, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX,
- Templating, caching, sessions, and authentication.
- Should have experienced with complex MYSQL queries.
- Framework knowledge like Code Igniter, CakePHP, Laravel, Zend etc
- Knowledge of e-commerce website like ZenCart, Shopify, Prestashop, Magento, Open Cart, Custom PHP, etc. (mandatory -1 Framework 1 open source )
- Core/Custom PHP development is mandatory.
- Analyze, design, code, debug, test land deploy changes to the system.

4. Content Writer
Content writer will be working writing new blog posts related our eCommerce industry, updating our internal FAQs and guides.
Minimum Experience: 2 Years
Qualities:
- Clear thinker with the ability to simplify and explain process/flow in clear verbatim
- Passionate about Creative Writing
- Meticulous & Able to work independently
- Customer Service centric
- Self Starter with a good sense to collaborate and build a team
Responsibilities:
- Develop content for marketing campaign, newsletter & social media
- Write articles to educate customer about specific topics
- Research online to find general market trend and write about it
- Follow news and write about latest happenings in the industry
- Able to analyze data and explain in clear simple understandable language
- Build a team of passionate creative content writers
Requirements (Must haves):
- Excellent Spoken and Written English

5. Operation Systems Administrator
Minimum Experience: 2 Years
Qualities:
- Clear thinker with the ability to simplify and explain/diagram complex solutions
- Passionate about automation and system improvement
- Customer Service centric
- Self Starter with a good sense to collaborate and build a team
Responsibilities:
- Server and storage architecture, installation, configuration, and performance tuning
- Remote system management (Windows, Linux)
- Routine system maintenance/troubleshooting
- Load balancer configuration and tuning
- System Automation
Documentation and diagraming of server, network and storage infrastructure - 24×7 on-call duties
- Travel to hosting sites for system builds and maintenance as needed
- Participate in incident reviews and problem management
Requirements (Must haves):
- Windows Administration (2-5 years)
- Linux Administration (2-5 years)
- Storage and Backup management (1-2 years)
- Large environment management (disaster recovery, multi datacenter, more than 200 servers)
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCPIP, WAN, Load balancers, etc)
- Strong understanding of system administration fundamentals (SAN, RAID, NFS, DNS, Authentication)
- Configuration and provisioning management (patch management)
